" Steve and I consider ourselves so fortunate and blessed to have found Wendy. My Mum was not well enough to assist and I had had no previous experience with babies, making me very nervous at the prospect of looking after twins alone once Steve returned to work.

Wendy arrived into a household of turmoil and brought calm to our home. She was flexible to our needs, always punctual, and never let us down due to ill health.

Without my needing to ask, she knew which jobs needed to be done and would instinctively act. She gave me the constant support and advice that I desperately needed and has helped enormously to build my confidence with my two fantastic children.

I've lost count of the number of times that she has performed acts of kindness far outside her " scope of duty". When I was suffering from lack of sleep and things were getting me down, her emotional support was fantastic and got me through any difficult days.

I'm so happy that what started as a professional acquaintance has developed into a wonderful friendship. The twins adore Wendy and it is so heart warming to see their faces beam with pleasure when she arrives in the morning.

We are all very upset to be losing Wendy as our Doula and her presence in our home will be truly missed. The only consolation is that I know we will all continue to see her regularly as a valued family friend."
