Many new Mums find dealing with a newborn baby anxiety ridden and may find that they feel a little isolated and lacking in confidence.

As a Post-natal Doula I am able to offer practical support and provide advice and encouragement to ensure that this wonderful experience is enjoyed by the whole family in a relaxed happy atmosphere.

My clients come from all sorts of backgrounds, a full range of ages and each presents me with a completely unique set of needs.
